Jungle Home is a beautiful villa where you will be able to holiday in luxury near the waterfront. The great room overlooks the well-landscaped jungle outside, as well as the pool. The gourmet kitchen is large enough for several people to cook at the same time. The house is designed for parties on the ground floor while the children sleep upstairs. The house features Swimming pool Spa 5-6 bedrooms (The larger beds are all luxuriously comfortable — 2 king-sized, one queen and two rooms with bunk beds. The bottom bunks are double beds and the top are single. The 6th bedroom has a single bed plus 3 separate air beds are available). 3 bathrooms Office Wireless high-speed broadband internet connection Unlimited free phone usage to anywhere in the U.S. Cable TV Complete privacy Concierge and extra cleaning service available No pets or smoking This home is extremely peaceful and aesthetic and an ideal environment for a vacation. Terms: $6,750/month. 3-5 months: $6,000/month. 6-11 months: $5,000/month, plus a $200 cleaning fee and $2,000 100% refundable damage deposit. If staying for less than 6 months, there is a 12% state tax payable. The prices for less than 6 months include all utilities, gardening, internet, etc. If staying for more than 6 months, the $5,000 rental fee does not include utilities but does include gardening and pool maintenance.
