Our newly furnished air-conditioned home is located in the quiet neighbourhood of IRB and is bordered by a Nature preserve, two playgrounds for relaxed family fun, AND "the Beach that you are Dreaming of"! Our vacation home is fully equipped for cooking, or visit (walk or hop on the Beach Trolley) to local restaurants for scrumptious dining. Walk to the library across from an outdoor recreation centre including skateboard ramps, baseball diamond, tennis/squash/basketball courts, shuffleboard, and playground equipment beneath overhanging shade trees. Take a spin on our adult 3 wheeler tricycle to the parks or for groceries from the neighbourhood shops. To cool down from the heat of the day, walk 2 minutes from our house to 10th Avenue's direct beach access onto miles of white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico or dip into our private custom pool. Nightly beach walks or sitting in the pool with your favorite drink under the moonlight will surely enhance the romance or tranquility sought on your vacation. Of course, there are a variety of activities in the community or nearby theme park attractions that will surely entertain and satisfy the kids (and kids at heart), as well as lots of shopping that will compliment this relaxing home setting and fulfill all desires of a reunited and refreshed family vacation.
